Tourist Agency Manager (m/f)

Job description:
- Selling tourist packages and other agency services
- Communication with clients in the agency, via phone or email
- Communication with business partners and associates
- Researching client needs for sales improvement and service enhancement
- Monitoring and supervising the work of other employees
Qualifications:
- High School Degree/ College Degree
- Minimum of one year of work experience in the tourism industry (mandatory)
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of agency operations
- Computer skills (MS Office)
