Job description:
✓ Receiving and issuing goods from the warehouse as per department head's instructions
✓ Compiling documentation on receiving and issuing goods
✓ Comparing goods receipt confirmations with supplier delivery notes and invoices
✓ Checking the quality and quantity of received goods
✓ Issuing all goods, raw materials, consumables on defined forms
✓ Informing material accounting about changes and status of goods in the warehouse
✓ Keeping accurate records of goods issued for the sector or departments
✓ Conducting inventory of goods in the warehouse at least once, and as needed multiple times a year
✓ Ensuring compliance with regulations for protecting procured goods from damage
✓ Maintaining hygiene in the warehouse area
✓ Coordinating loading, unloading, and storage tasks
✓ Physical readiness of candidates
