Zone Manager (m/f)
📍Location: Libya
Job Description:
- We are looking for a Zone Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily construction site operations. Ensures that the job is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Graduate Engineer - Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in construction and project management, with progressively increasing levels of responsibility
- Certification or license is a plus
Skills and Abilities:
- Experience in overseeing or leading roles on construction projects
- Experience in using project management software such as Microsoft Office, Primavera, Procore, or similar tools
- Knowledge of software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with colleagues and subcontractors
- Ability to quickly and efficiently solve problems and make decisions under pressure
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily tasks on site to ensure project progress, quality, and adherence to plans
- Managing project schedule, coordinating engineers and subcontractors to meet deadlines
- Monitoring and ensuring all work meets project specifications and standards
- Maintaining clear communication with other departments, including the team, subcontractors, and workers
- Maintaining accurate documentation of on-site activities, inspections, and reporting
