Operations Officer

What You Would Be Doing:
- Select and develop all Restaurant Management staff in conjunction with HR
- Monitors the performance of operational projects, especially to analyze the successful completion of short-term and long-term goals of operational projects
- Leads the process of managing, implementing and achieving appropriate customer satisfaction, Service Speed in restaurants and delivery, following standards by routinely monitoring the performance of restaurants and compensating
- Manages the proportion of waste in restaurants and ensures that waste management practices are followed
- Leads the process of managing the productivity of restaurant workers per hour of work and ensures that restaurants are always productive
- Develops the work culture by supporting Human Resources to manage and reduce employee turnover
- Provide input on training needs and effectiveness, monitoring training processes to ensure quality training follow up and reinforcement
- Ensure achievement of profit and sales targets in identifying sales growth opportunities, implementing approved marketing and merchandising programs and controlling product, labor and other controllable expenses
- Ensure that required audits and controls are in place and in compliance with all health and safety laws and KFC HR policies by conducting the appropriate meetings, ensuring the team oversee the posting of required notices, performing quarterly restaurant audits and taking appropriate actions
- Plan and control change whilst researching new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency
Who we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Business Administration or a related field
- Have at least 2 years of working experience in Restaurant Operations
- Excellent written and communication skills in English
- Strong analytical/investigative and problem-solving skills
- Proactively identifies ways to improve product and processes that impact quality and business goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
