About the position
Montenegro Charter is currently seeking a systematic person with a positive attitude to join our team. The ideal candidate should be willing to bring value to the operations of the company and contribute to the overall success of our business activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the CEO with day-to-day tasks - manage emails, calls, and messages - providing prompt responding to client's or other requests with professionalism and accuracy
  • Follow company processes and efficiently handle and organize CEO’s appointmentschedule and  calendar
  • Organize and attend meetings, take thorough notes, assist in prioritizing tasks, follow up on action items to keep everyone informed and maintaining a smooth workflow to meet deadlines
  • Helping the CEO in travel organization
  • Provide administrative and operational support
  • Assisting in sales and marketing operations
  • Keep the office documentation in order
  • Manage the CEOs personal calendar/schedules and tasks

Requirements:

  • On-site position in Porto Montenegro
  • Native knowledge of Montenegrin/ Serbian/ Croatian/ Bosnian is a MUST
  • Experience as an executive assistant is a plus
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken), Russian and other languages are advantageous
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities and positive attitude
  • A team player with a sales-oriented mindset.
  • Driving License, B category
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace, Office 365, Slack, Zoom, and other productivity and collaboration tools
  • Knowledge of Canva or similar graphic design tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
  • Available to travel if required
