Restaurant Manager
We want you to really get into people's minds and see what they desire and ultimately whip up some new products that everyone will love! You'll be involved in all aspects of managing a restaurant!
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the business at the KFC restaurant
- Guide and manage your team through training, support, and team engagement
- Actively utilize systems, recruitment tools, and continuously recruit in accordance with company policy
- Develop people's skills in the restaurant by focusing on functional knowledge and leadership competencies
- Create a customer-centric environment that appeals to KFC's diverse customer base
- Ensure that KFC offers industry-leading standards regarding health and food safety regulations in the restaurant
- Through exceptional operational standards and a "maniacal" approach to customer service, constantly strive to maximize sales in your restaurant
- Develop strategies to maximize the profit of your restaurant
- Present yourself as an ambassador for the Company and the brand
Who are we looking for?
A confident, energetic, and communicative person who is ready to work in a dynamic environment.
Someone who enjoys challenges and has excellent management skills. Detail-oriented and passionate about their work.
This position also requires:
- At least 2 years of work experience in restaurant management and/or similar industries
- Average knowledge of the English language
- A Category B driver's license
- Basic knowledge in terms of P&L
- Working knowledge of basic computer programs, such as MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
- Ability to lead a team through motivation and engagement
- Problem-solving skills and critical thinking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time management skills and the ability to identify priorities
