Administrative Manager - Department for Administration (m/f)

Job Description:
- We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to lead our administrative department, which includes sections for human resources, documents and archives, logistics, and property management. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of administrative processes in senior roles. They will be responsible for optimizing operations, ensuring compliance, and fostering collaboration among departments to enhance overall efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and mentoring the heads of the human resources, documents and archives, logistics, and property management departments, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals
- Fostering a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and professional development in all departments
- Supervising recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Establishing and maintaining effective document management systems and archiving processes
- Ensuring safe and organized storage of records, both physical and digital
- Managing supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution
- Optimizing logistical processes to improve delivery deadlines and cost-effectiveness
- Overseeing asset tracking, maintenance, and reporting to ensure optimal utilization and lifecycle management
- Developing and implementing policies for asset procurement and disposal
- Developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures across all departments
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards
- Assisting in budget planning and expense management for the administration department
- Monitoring departmental expenditure and implementing cost-saving measures as needed
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Economics, Law, or a related field; a master's degree is desirable
- 7+ years of experience in an administrative role, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
- Good understanding of human resources practices, logistics operations, document management, and property management
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Skills and Abilities:
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Basic knowledge of Arabic language (reading and comprehension) would be considered an advantage
