BARTENDER (m/f)

📍Location: Libya

Responsibilities:

1. Preparing and serving drinks: Expertly preparing and serving cocktails, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Properly handling bar inventory and ingredients, including precise measuring and pouring
2. Guest communication: Warmly welcoming and serving guests while providing exceptional service. Advising guests on beverage choices and house specialties, answering their questions, and fulfilling special requests
3. Maintaining workspace: Maintaining high standards of cleanliness at the bar and prep areas, including regular cleaning of work surfaces and glassware. Efficiently organizing and storing inventory, ensuring a tidy and functional work area
4. Inventory preparation: Regularly checking beverage and ingredient stocks and placing orders for necessary items. Documenting and reporting inventory deficiencies to superiors
5. Handling cash transactions: Accurately recording sales and calculating bills, while handling cash properly and providing change
6. Compliance with laws and regulations: Adhering to legal regulations regarding alcohol sales. Discreetly and professionally refusing service to guests under the influence of alcohol or not in compliance with the law
7. Teamwork: Efficient collaboration with colleagues, kitchen staff, and management to ensure impeccable guest service. Actively participating in training, staff meetings, and other activities that contribute to professional development and team cohesion
8. Promotions and events: Participating in the planning and execution of promotional activities, special events, and themed nights. Presenting new beverages and promotions to guests in an attractive and professional manner

Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication skills and ability to provide excellent guest service
• Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment
• Teamwork abilities with a high level of professionalism
• Basic mathematical skills and experience with cash transactions
• Prior experience working in hospitality is mandatory

Note:

• This position requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Monthly salary is paid at the end of each month to the candidate's personal account
• Contract is for 6 months, with possibility of extension
