HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (m/f)

Job Description:
- We are in need of an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR efforts in a dynamic construction environment. This role will focus on recruiting local employees as well as managing relationships with service providers for foreign employees. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR practices, preferably in the construction industry, as well as a good understanding of local labor laws and international hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing an effective hiring strategy to find local talent in line with project needs
- Collaborating with service providers to ensure a smooth process for hiring foreign workers, overseeing contracts and compliance
- Thoroughly researching open positions, sorting and prioritizing them based on department needs and project deadlines
- Creating clear and compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect requirements, roles, and responsibilities
- Communicating with department heads regarding open positions, hiring procedures, and timelines
- Responding to employee inquiries, mediating disputes, and facilitating dispute resolution processes as needed
- Implementing a performance evaluation system tailored to the construction environment, providing guidance to managers for assessing employee performance
- Supporting continuous improvement through training and development initiatives
- Developing programs for recruiting new employees, including orientations for foreign workers regarding company policy and local practices
- Maintaining employee records, ensuring all documentation is in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborating with management to initiate workforce planning and development initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, HR certification preferred
- 5+ years of HR experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to HR challenges
- Knowledge of HR software and Microsoft Office suite
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations
- Proficiency in English
