NIGHT RECEPTIONIST (m/f)
Job Description:
- Check-in and check-out of guests
- Registering guests, verifying guest identification using passport or ID card, issuing reserved accommodation units, as well as billing all hotel expenses
- Updating and monitoring availability of rooms
- Collaborating with all hotel departments
- Providing guests with accurate information about hotel services, organizing additional services, and answering phone calls
- Reporting faults and monitoring the repair of defects in accommodation units
- Resolving guest requests and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintaining the accuracy of information
- Protecting hotel property
- Taking care of personal appearance and workspace cleanliness
- Following supervisor's instructions to meet guest needs on time
- Reporting to the Manager for work responsibilities
- In addition to the duties listed in the job description, employees are obligated to perform other tasks and duties in accordance with regulations and standards of the profession, which are part of the job scope
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in similar positions
- Knowledge of hotel systems and software
- Professional and courteous approach
- Ability to work in a dynamic and team environment
- Good communication skills and friendly approach to guests
- High attention to detail and thoroughness
- Reliability and responsibility in performing tasks
- Excellent knowledge of English, as well as another foreign language
