We are looking for a professional person to work as an Assistant Manager in the playroom on a long term basis.
Job description:
- Coordinating the work of the playroom, organizing tasks, and monitoring processes related to efficient management of birthday celebrations
- Organizing celebrations and dedication to children is a priority in this job
- Managing service payments and cash register operations, maintaining daily records
- Providing exceptional service to playroom guests
- Timely reporting to playroom owners about all activities and potential issues in the playroom and actively participating in resolving them
- Implementing all decisions made by the Director/Owner
- Inventory control and procurement of consumables
- Finding and establishing cooperation with SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) as well as maintaining good relationships with existing clients
- Creating and implementing sales plans, proposing new service packages and activities to expand the existing offering and improve business processes
- Excellent communication skills, providing information to guests about special offers and events
- Caring for guest needs and professionally handling any complaints
- TEAMWORK! Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the facility
- Other activities as instructed by immediate supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or a technical degree with many years of work experience in similar positions
- Good communication skills, a positive attitude towards children, guests, and colleagues
- Quick adaptability and ability to work in a dynamic and cheerful environment
- Oriented towards achieving exceptional results and professionalism in work
- Active knowledge of English
- Good computer skills are desirable
40-hour workweek, mostly second shift (until 9:30 pm). Possibility of occasional shift substitution. Work on weekends. One day off per week.
