RESERVATION AGENT (m/f)
📍Location: Libya
Job Description:
- Adhering to all prescribed hotel procedures and standards
- Executes and monitors bookings
- Resolves issues with reservations and guests
- Responds to inquiries and reservations calls in a courteous manner
- Enters reservations
- Precisely records reservation data
- Identifies and records codes for business groups and individual business guests
- Informs other departments about the arrival of VIP guests
- Identifies reservations with commission and provides necessary information
- Records and processes deposit-related information
- Identifies and records special payment methods after approval from responsible personnel
- Fills out all reservations systematically for easy reference
- Contributes to maximum hotel occupancy by assisting in maintaining accurate room inventory control
- Records requests for special accommodations and suites
- Assists in preparing the VIP list forecast
- Achieves maximum occupancy and maximum average room rates
- Uses sales-increasing techniques
- Utilizes guest history for personalized hotel service
- Enhances guest satisfaction and hotel revenue by promoting hotel restaurant and other guest services and amenities
- Responds accurately and timely to all forms of communication and correspondences
- Accepts information regarding assigned reservation messages
- Processes reservations and inputs into hotel reservation system
- Provides all information about the hotel, hotel amenities, etc.
- Informs about room availability, prices, and special promotions
- Resolves complaints and any grievances
Provided:
- Round-trip airfare (from home country to Libya and back)
- Health insurance during stay in Libya, in accordance with Libyan laws

- Monthly salary is paid at the end of each month to the candidate's personal account
- Contract is for 6 months, with possibility of extension
