RESTAURANT MANAGER (m/f)

The facility includes an indoor restaurant, a spacious open and closed garden, as well as an exclusive wedding and event hall. We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional who will manage the entire hospitality operations and team.
Job Description:
- Organizing and supervising daily restaurant and hospitality staff operations
- Managing reservations, events, weddings, and celebrations
- Ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction
- Coordinating kitchen and service, quality control of service and food
- Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and cost optimization
- Training, scheduling, and motivating employees
- Keeping records and reporting to owners
Requirements:
- Experience in a managerial position in hospitality (minimum 2 years)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and organizing large events
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple business segments simultaneously
- Must be computer literate
- English language proficiency
